Resilient AF Training
Grow where you are.As your personal trainer in Portland, Oregon, I’m inviting you to unleash your inner dandelion: be unapologetic, filled with sunlight, and take up space wherever you can. These body positive personal training sessions don’t ask you to change your roots. Instead, they meet you where you’re at and encourage you to grow where you are.
What Does It Take To Be Resilient AF?
Strength
Flexibility
Not just your ability to stretch… Flexibility means going with the flow, adapting to change, meeting your body where it’s at in the moment. Flexibility means doing what you can without “shoulding” on yourself.
Drive
Respect

We’re A Good Fit If:
- You’re femme, non-binary, or LGBTQIA+ and looking for an anti-diet, body neutral personal trainer.
- You want to learn to connect with, listen to, and trust your body instead of pushing and punishing it.
- You’re looking for accountability and strength coaching from someone who knows fitness is only one aspect of your life.
- You want someone who can bring “biggest fan” energy to every session, helping you celebrate the wins and navigate the setbacks.
We’re Not The Best Fit If:
- Your primary goals are weight loss or aesthetics. I’m here to coach strength, stability, endurance, and mobility.
- You’re looking for fast, short-term results. My personal training programs focus on stability building, progressive overloading, and challenging your body with the appropriate intensity, which builds over time.
- You want someone to yell at you bootcamp style. Sorry bud, that’s just not my style!
